Get a job there even a 15 hours a week but it is a good way to meet people and to get some money to travel.. and try not to live with people from your country..

It would be an advantage if you went there before school starts and spend some time at finding a good accomodation, either private or at campus. A lot easier when you arrive with a lot of luggage. Contact the student union, they will help you.

Get passes for public transport, take the accomodation before you leave your home country and meet people from your country before going there to go together, you will have more discounts in travelling.
