It is easy to get a job teaching English if you so choose and the University was very good in offering information on these types of jobs. Bar work is also a possibility but the hours are very long.

Don't put so much emphasis on study that it stops you from getting out there. Mixing with local people and exploring your surrounding is also very important.

Bilbao does not get the international credit that it deserves. The city is not too big, not too small. You meet new people every day, but if you are outgoing and make friendships you will also see old friends every day.

to travel by bus is quite cheap.
Be careful if you decide to go sight-seeing on official holidays because every thing is closed or opened only until 2 p.m!
