In reality, the "Universidad Politécnica de Valencia" is made up of four campuses:

-Campus de Vera, which makes up the majority of the University and is located in Valencia
-Campus de Gandia, which is situated in the town of Gandia. (Province of Valencia)
-Campus de Alcoy, which is situated in the town of Alcoy. (Province of Alicante)

i think valecnia is a nice place to stay, its really cheaper than other big cities in spain. its good to consider when ure planing to g there, hen u can save nmoney and travel a little more :)

I recommend booking a flight via Ryanair if u wanna save on costs. Don't carry too much stuff with u cause u will always buy some and bring warm clothing with u (the weather is humid during the winter). I loved my stay in here and do not regret co...

Get monthly traveling cards for bus and metro and do a language course in Valencia before starting at the University. This gives you the opportunity to get to know more students like you and to learn the language better.

Very nice looking university. Well-prepared to receive dozens of foreign students. Very cosy central square ("agora"), especially to drink something when the sun is shining (almost everyday thus).

The University of Gandia is situated about 60km away from Valencia. Getting to Valencia isn´t a big problem. Train once an hour and takes about 45min. To get around Gandia and surroundings, especially for Travel reasons I recommend that you brin...

Look for flats 1-2 weeks before school starts. Look at the big streets close to the uni, live with a couple of spanish people 2-3. If you want to get a flat with better standard, buy Traijn magazine in newsstands. Easy to get flats that you can sh...

For me it was very helpful for my language skills and for meeting all the nice people that I got to know, to live with spanish people and not only stick together with a german group. I also enjoyed the trips we took all over the country a lot.
