Public transport isn't great. The village of Valldemossa is a must for any visitor.

Mallorca is great! Great weather, great outdoors, great hiking possibilities. Nightlife is good, it's not expensive to live. The number of tourists may drive you crazy sometimes but you can easily avoid them. Great place to study tourism!
