Life in vaxjo is pretty simple, it is not a big city, so maybe you will not find what you can find in stockolm or malmo. Anyway i think i had a good time there because being a little towns helps in knowing people around you and find very very good...

When traveling make sure to have your ISIC card with you. There are great discounts in Sweden for students.

Take the opportunity to experience Sweden. There are many great places to see in Sweden. It is also very easy to travel all around Europe for quite cheap. You'll definitely have a great experience.
